Metal After Midnight: Helix “Rock You”

Helix were road warriors for years up North in Canada before they broke into the scene here in the United States.

They were loud, raucous and over-the-top.  They were never really "Metal" by traditional standards, but more of a Party Rock band that put on electrifying show.  Frontman Brian Vollmer was a maniac on the stage and one of the more exciting lead singers out there.

Helix still exists today and has found some new fans due to Vollmer's appearances on the popular comedy "Trailer Park Boys" on Canadian Television.  Here's their biggest hit "Rock   You", the uncensored version.
