UPDATE: Scattered Showers To Continue Through Saturday

UNDATED - We officially had .38" of an inch of rain at the St. Cloud Regional Airport on Wednesday.  We collected another .66" yesterday (Thursday). That brings us to a total of 1.04" between the two days combined.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop in Nebraska and Iowa early this evening and move northeast with time.

There is a Moderate Risk for severe weather in far southern Minnesota near the Iowa border.

Storms are expected in the late evening across the rest of southern Minnesota and west central Iowa.

The threat for severe weather is not as good in these areas, but hail and wind are still possible late this evening.
