2013 Golden Globes Winners

The 2013 Golden Globes winners were revealed during the Tina Fey and Amy Poehler-hosted awards ceremony.
The 2013 Golden Globes winners are considered somewhat of a primer for the upcoming 2013 Oscars, both of which feature many of the same big Hollywood names and movies of the past year. The Ben Affleck-directed ‘Argo‘ already took home a number of honors from the 2013 Critics Choice Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, and has now won the 2013 Golden Globes in both those categories. Kathryn Bigelow‘s ‘Zero Dark Thirty‘ and Steven Spielberg‘s ‘Lincoln‘ also hit the awards big, with Jessica Chastain winning Best Actress and Daniel Day-Lewis winning Best Actor for their critically acclaimed performances.
Meanwhile, in the TV category, ‘Homeland‘ once again struck gold (and once again snubbed ‘Mad Men‘), winning Best TV Drama, Best Actor in a TV Drama and Best Actress in a TV Drama, while ‘Modern Family‘ lost their streak in the comedy department mainly losing to ‘Girls.’
