3rd Graders Busted For Smoking Weed In School Restroom

Three third graders make the news as they were busted for smoking pot in the bathroom at their elementary school.

A student caught a couple 8-year-olds and a 9-year-old puffing away like it's no bodies business. The one student ran to the school officials and reported the mini party going on in the bathroom.

Officers on the scene did some questioning and the young pot heads were released to the custody of their parents.

As far as punishment, not really sure what the discipline will be.

I remember seeing 3rd graders smoking the weed at my school but they were 18 at the time.
