What would 1973 be without something from Frank Zappa (?), 'Over-Nite Sensation' was Frank's 17th album.

One can only imagine that critics either loved his albums or hated them due in part to the off beat humor.

'Over-Nite Sensation' deals primarily at taking punches at television commercials, pays homage to having sex, even a song on the album in reference to growing dental floss in Montana.

Every artist has a loyal fan base and no different for Zappa, the album did chart at #32 on the Billboard Pop Albums chart.
