As 1973 rolled along Southern Rock was rapidly growing and The Marshall Tucker Band was a big part of that growth as they released their self titled debut album, 'The Marshall Tucker band.'

Their debut album made it to #29 in the Top 30 with the help of their popular single, "Can't You See" (1st single).

The band originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina went from hometown local club circuit into a National recording and performing act that still going strong 40 years later.
