'Live in Central Park NYC May 12th, 1975' was a free concert, and when I say free I mean free as it drew 100,000 people.

The show happened just days before the release of their album, 'Red Octopus' which happened to be the bands most successful of all Jefferson Starship albums and any reconstructed Starship after.

On this album you'll find many parts of the concert that weren't included on the bootleg version, 'Off The Trees', essentially this is the first non-bootleg release of this very same concert.
