Ginger is best known from the '60's with bands like Cream and Blind Faith. 

Ginger Baker has also been associated with The Graham Bond Organization.

Baker's biggest musical influences were the good old drummers from the '50's, mainly jazz drummers as he was growing up.

The jazz roots are the basis of his new album, 'Why?'.
