'Saints and Sinners' was released in 1974 which has Winter adding horns, synthesizers and back up vocals on some of the tracks.

The core sound itself rocks with rocking blues as heard on another Mick Jagger/Keith Richards remake ("Stray Cat Blues") and early R&R classics by Chuck Berry's "Thirty Days" and the Larry Williams song "Boney Moronie."

"Stray Cat Blues" is about sex, generally speaking about casual sex period. "It's no hanging matter, it's no capital crime" (The Rolling Stones) basically  means that there's nothing really wrong with it - that it's not worth hanging someone over.
