Accused Colorado Movie Theater Shooter James Holmes Makes First Appearance in Court [VIDEO]
Twenty-four-year-old accused Colorado movie theater shooter James Holmes made his first court appearance today. He's accused of shooting some 70 people at a midnight showing of the movie "The Dark Knight Rises" early Friday morning in Aurora, Colorado. Twelve people died and others were critically hurt.
