Devan Dubnyk earned his 5th shutout in the sixteen games he's been in the net for the Minnesota Wild (30-21-7), giving them a 4-0 win over the Edmonton Oilers (17-33-10) in Alberta. The Wild finish their three-game Canadian road trip with a 2-1 record.

Justin Fontaine scored two of the Minnesota goals. Niederreiter and Schroeder scored a goal a piece. Dubnyk stopped all 15 shots he faced.

Calgary and Vancouver, both ahead of the Wild in the standings both lost tonight. Minnesota remains one point back in the race for the final Wild Card playoff spot in the Western Conference, currently occupied by San Jose.

Next up for the Wild; Sunday night at home against the Dallas Stars at 7 PM in the Xcel Energy Center (Radio: 1240 WJON, TV: NBCS).
