Augsburg Rolls Past St. John’s 48-17

St. John’s football is still winless in the MIAC after losing 48-17 at Augsburg Saturday afternoon.  The loss is the 4th straight for St. John’s.  St. John’s trailed 21-10 at halftime and it only got worse in the 2nd half.  Nick Martin threw for 110 yards and 1 touchdown with 1 interception and he ran 23 yards and 1 touchdown for the Johnnies.  Three quarterback appeared in the game for St. John’s with Martin starting.

Wade Powers had 3 catches for 37 yards and 1 touchdown for the Johnnies.  Stephen Johnson led the ground attack with 55 yards.  St. John’s is 2-4 overall and 0-4 in the MIAC.  St. John’s will host Carleton next Saturday at 1pm.
