COLD SPRING - The investigation into the deadly shooting of officer Tom Decker continues.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says several guns have been found, although it's not clear if the gun used to kill Decker has been recovered.  Officers are also continuing to search for additional evidence, including any guns or weapons that may be related to the shooting.

Thirty-four-year old Ryan Larson was arrested in his apartment above Winner's Bar about an hour and a half after the shooting took place.

Meanwhile, the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office this (Friday) afternoon completed a preliminary autopsy on Officer Decker.  He died of multiple gunshot wounds in the alley behind Winner's Bar as he was getting out of his squad car.

Decker was there conducting a routine welfare check on Larson.  Larson's family had called police earlier in the evening. Decker and his partner stopped at his apartment but didn't make contact with him, the officer's went back to the apartment a second time, and that's when the shooting took place.
