Is it not worth as much as the seller said it was? Was it a fake? Why was George Harrison's amp yanked from the auction?

The Vox UL730 amp that George Harrison used for the recording of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and Revolver was up for auction through Bonhams of London and was expected to fetch between $80 and $110 thousand dollars. It was supposed to be sold today as part of Bonham's entertainment memorabilia auction.

The San Diego Reader is reporting that Bonham's has pulled the rare item at the request of the seller because they changed their mind and decided that they wanted to hang on to it.

Darn. I was saving up.
