There's no way to sugar-coat this, the high on Monday is forecast to be -19˚ (and that's not including the wind chill). Low's Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings are forecast to be -23˚, -30˚, and -25˚ respectively. The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning for Saturday night through Tuesday night, with wind chills approaching -60˚.

The National Weather Service is referring to the cold Minnesota weather as 'historic,' with the coldest temps in more than 20 years expected. The coldest temp ever recorded in St. Cloud was -43˚ in 1977. The last time St. Cloud hit -30˚ was January 16, 2009.
