Dear Baxter,
The holiday I dread every year is fast approaching. Every Halloween since I've known my husband he's insisted on dressing up as a woman for Halloween. Not just a casual costume but I mean decked out. Spends the whole time at parties sitting on guy's laps and just making a fool out of himself...
There is plenty to do this weekend around Central Minnesota, so grab your kids and check out the fun. Catch Junie B Jones live on stage at the Paramount Theatre, rock out to Bret Michaels at Benton Station, get scared out at the Harvest of Horror, sing to the songs of the Rolling Stones at Pioneer Place, and take in an arts and crafts fair put on by the St. Cloud Jaycees. Just because your kids don't have school for a few days, doesn't mean there isn't several fun things around St. Cloud they can do to stay occupied. You can tour A and G Produce, enjoy some painting at Paramount Theatre, grab some treats at Pumpkinfest, have some fall fun at Kids Club at Chick-fil-A and enjoy the newest Escape Room at a few Stearns County Parks.
You don't have to go far to enjoy some frights and spooks this Halloween season. The Harvest of Horror has been bringing a haunting good time to St. Augusta for seven years.
Get out and enjoy all the fun filled things happening throughout Central Minnesota this weekend. You can check out the St. John's Boys Choir season opening performance, listen to the sounds of the Beatles at Pioneer Place, enjoy the music of the Redhead Express at the Paramount Theatre, get scared at Molitor's Haunted Acres and carve a pumpkin at Beaver Island Brewing.
