UPDATE: Police Investigating Probable Homicide at East St. Cloud Apartment

St. Cloud Police are investigating a probable homicide after finding a man dead with a gunshot wound on Tuesday morning. Officers responded just after 10:45 a.m. at the Lancaster Place Apartments at 1200 Division Street and found a man dead in his apartment.

St. Cloud is the latest Minnesota city to allow Sunday growler sales. The city council approved the revised liquor ordinance during their meeting this (Monday) evening. The change comes after the Legislature changed the state law earlier this year, and left the decision up to local governments.
