St. John's football lost their 2nd straight game 31-21 at Concordia-Moorhead Saturday afternoon.  St. John's committed 5 turnovers and couldn't recover from the mistakes.  Connor Bruns threw for 132 yards with 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions.  Nick Martin was 6-8 passing for the Johnnies for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns with no interceptions.  John Ries also saw time at quarterback and was 5-11 passing for 59 yards and 1 interception.

The Johnnies struggled to run the football again.  They combined for 60 yards rushing on 22 attempts.  Max Forster led the Johnnies with 5 catches for 144 yards and 1 touchdown.  St. John's outgained St. Thomas 370 yards to 347.

The Johnnies drop to 2-2 overall and 0-2 in the MIAC.  St. John's will host St. Olaf for Homecoming next Saturday at 1pm.
