It was a red-hot start for the Kansas City Chiefs (11-6) out of the gate Saturday, holding a commanding 28-point lead early in the third quarter, only to see the Indianapolis Colts (12-5) mount a comeback for the ages, to advance in the playoffs with an improbable 45-44 win over injury-plagued KC.

Indy was down 38-10 in the 3rd quarter when the Colts went on a 35-6 run to secure the wild win.

Colts QB Andrew Luck overcame three interceptions to go 29-of-45 for 443 yards and four TDs.

Indianapolis will travel to either Denver or New England next weekend depending on the outcome of the Cincinnati/San Diego game tomorrow.
