Turns out you don't need guitars (or even driver's licenses) to bring a classic Ozzy Osbourne song thundering to life.

For thoroughly entertaining proof of this principle in action, look no further than the Louisville Leopard Percussionists' take on Osbourne's 1980 hit "Crazy Train." The Kentucky performing ensemble, made up of more than 60 student musicians between the ages of 7 and 14, seeks to provide "a comprehensive musical experience for children that enriches lives and builds community" — and as you can see here, they also rock pretty hard.

"Crazy Train" is just the latest in a series of videos on the Leopards' YouTube channel, and they've also attracted the attention of media outlets like the Today Show and Drum Talk TV. Their set of Led Zeppelin covers (including "Kashmir," "The Ocean" and "Immigrant Song") even drew praise from Jimmy Page, who told Facebook followers it was "too good not to share."

It's all the culmination of years of hard work from program founder Diane Downs, an elementary schoolteacher who was first inspired to pursue the idea after discovering a closet full of old instruments on her campus. More than 20 years later, the Louisville Leopard Percussionists have expanded to include a support staff and a student body that includes young musicians from 26 different Louisville zip codes and 48 different schools.

Check out the ensemble's Zeppelin video below, and visit them on Facebook or at their website for more information (or to donate in order to help keep the program going).
