David Gilmour mentioned in the interview. "When Storm showed us all the titles , with that one, there was no doubt," David goes on to mention, "It was, 'That is It. It's a brilliant cover, One can look at it after the first moment of brilliance and think, 'it'll look great in shop windows."

Storm mentioned in Rolling Stone, "It related mostly to a light show," he told Rolling Stone. "The other thing was the triangle. I think the triangle, which is a symbol of thought and ambition, was very much a subject of Roger's lyrics."
