Dear Baxter, I Think My Neighbor is Smoking Marijuana in His Apartment

Dear Baxter,

The guy that lives next door to me, at first, seemed like a real nice guy. He has a good job and seems to be very responsible. But the last few weeks I've smelled marijuana whenever I walk by his apartment door. I don't know what to do. Should I tell the landlord? Call the police? Please give me some advice.

Dear Penny,

By all means, tell the landlord and call the police. Let's get this lowlife pothead locked up before he orders a pizza or writes a poem or something! Seriously, Penny, I suggest you mind your own business and leave him be. Seems like whatever he's doing is harmless and not affecting you in any way. It's a new age and pot is becoming more acceptable by a majority of society. Hope this helps.
