I'm flat broke and need some suggestions on what I can hand out to the kids that come trick or treating. Please help! I don't want to be a Halloween killjoy.

Hey, I can relate to the shortage of cash. This is a great time to clean out your condiment drawer. Most items can be easily slipped into the little goblins bags with them suspecting a thing. Hope this helps.
