Love "Hush" and "Smoke on the Water"? Get ready to hear them with a new dimension as Deep Purple gets set to hit the studio.

According to Blabbermouth, Deep Purple: The Songs That Built Rock is the official new album title for their record due in 2012. Band members say that "Hush" and "Smoke on the Water" will be part of the album, but they will have a twist.

Along with the recording sessions, Deep Purple will be heading out on a North American tour for the first time in four years, and with the exception of San Francisco, they have lined up a symphony to accompany them on stage.
