Dusty Rhodes “Hard Times” Speech [VIDEO]

Dusty Rhodes "The American Dream" passed away Thursday at the age of 69.  The hall of famer had been working behind the scenes for the past decade at the WWE.

In his prime, Rhodes had a way of connecting with everyday people by playing up his blue collar roots and talked about growing up being the son of a plumber.
