By now I’m sure you’ve seen pictures of the famous “Space Car” floating around the internet. But how much do you know about the man behind it? Elon Musk – the man, the legend – has a pretty impressive resume.

Most people know his name from the first (and so far, the world’s only) privately owned space exploration program – SpaceX.

As if independently founding a space program wasn’t enough, Musk has been launched several other world-wide companies over the past 25 years. Ever hear of PayPal? Guess what – that’s Musk. He started PayPal back in the 90’s and sold it for quite a pretty penny. He then used his earnings to launch his other projects, one of them being SpaceX, and another being the environment friendly car company – Tesla.

You’d think after inventing PayPal, founding a space exploration program, and making high-tech sports cars, that Musk probably wouldn’t have time for anything else, right? – Wrong! – When he’s not busy running two of the most innovative companies on Earth, he’s busy saving the world with SolarCity – a company dedicated to providing people with eco-friendly ways to use energy.

Elon Musk is going to single handedly save the human race. He’s without a doubt the most brilliant, and ambitious person alive. But most importantly, he just sold 20,000 flamethrowers with The Boring Company. Pretty sweet, huh?
