Welcome Home Troops Event

Central Minnesotans welcome home their troops Saturday, March 19 from 9:00
am -1:00 pm at the St. Cloud Civic Center. Every day, hundreds of Central
Minnesotans and their families face great challenges and sacrifices while serving
their country in our armed forces. Service members past and present, their
families and friends, and members of our Central Minne-sota communities are
invited to join in a celebration to welcome our troops home and thank them for
their service. This informal, family-friendly event will feature childrens games and
activities, light refreshments, and a short program, including a Color Guard and
guest speakers. Representatives from several veterans organizations will be on
hand to answer questions and provide information for veterans and their families.
