So much for the 'Happy Meal'...

Author Rachel Kelly says that eating fast food makes us depressed, pessimistic, and even aggressive. All because of the trans fats in your typical fast food burger.

Kelly says the trans fats "upsets" the balance between of omega-3 fatty acids in your body, and low levels of omega-3 puts you in a rotten mood.

Those potato chips could contain MSG - monosodium glutamate - which will leave you weak and tired.

Oh, there's still more!

If you choose canned soup or chili, beware of a BPA in the cans (on top of MSG and LOTS of sodium in the food). BPA can also wreck your mood. Yay!

So if you don't want to wreck your mood, avoid fast food. Eat...grass? Is grass safe? Who knows. I need a Triple-Melt from Taco Bell STAT.
