Fill The Flyer with The LOON and Metro Bus

Hunger doesn’t take a summer vacation...

Metro Bus and local families need your help to “Fill the Flyer” this Wednesday during Summertime by George at Lake George. While you take in the free Concert from the Curt Jorgenson Band or the Arts Festival… make sure to bring along a couple of non-perishable food items to “Fill The Flyer” bus! Paper products and cash are also welcomed additions to the Flyer. Donations will help fill the Salvation Army and Catholic Charities Food Shelves.

This past Fall, during our campaign, you helped us collect over two tons of food and $200 in cash. Nearly a thousand pounds of that was collected at just one stop. Which is why we thought Summertime By George would make a great place to wrap up the campaign.

You can help out even if you can't attend. Just drop off donations at the Metro Bus Transit Center Downtown, or on any Metro Bus today (Tuesday) or tomorrow (Wednesday).  Fill the Flyer, is sponsored by Times Media, Metro Bus, and 103.7 The LOON.
