'The Great Gatsby' by F. Scott Fitzgerald is one of the classics and for the second time it is being made into a movie. Check out the first official trailer for the movie due out in December 2012.

If you have yet to enter a high school English class or if during high school English you preferred to cheat off your neighbor and read cliff notes instead of books, then you are one of the few who have most likely not read 'The Great Gatsby'. If you are one of these I highly suggest you pick up a copy before you see the new film, it really is a great book.

The first film adaption of the book came out in 1974 with Robert Redford and Mia Farrow starring as Jay Gatsby and his obsession Daisy Buchanan. The 2012 version will feature Leonardo DiCaprio as Gatsby and Carey Mulligan as Daisy.

Check out the trailer and let me know what you think.
