Guns N’ Roses Featured On 80′s At 8 With “Mr. Brownstone” [VIDEO]

You want a band that was rough and ready in the 80′s, well you got it with ‘Guns N’ Roses.The featured video-song for the 80′s at 8 is “Mr. Brownstone” which is a song that talks of heroin and how it affected the band. Mr. Brownstone is likely the dealer. Brownstone isn’t a common slang term for heroin, but it is brown, which is likely to be where the dealer probably got his name.
The lyrics ( Axl Rose), in a matter of speaking mention how the band would take heroin before performing at their shows. “The show usually starts around 7, we go on stage around 9″ means the drug was the excuse for the tardiness.
Later he sings: “Now I get up around whenever, I used to get up on time,” meaning he doesn’t care anymore about it, he’s so obsessed with heroin.
