The Vikings were back on the practice field Wednesday in preparation for their next game against Detroit Sunday at noon from Mall of America Field, pregame on WJON at 11am. Receiver Percy Harvin and defensive tackle Letroy Guion both missed practice Wednesday. Harvin is out with an ankle injury. He considered himself a "long shot" to play on Monday after spraining his left ankle in 3 spots against Seattle. The Vikings are holding out hope that Harvin can play against the Lions.

Guion is battling a turf toe injury and is questionable to play Sunday. The following players were limited in practice; tackle Matt Kalil, fullback Jerome Felton, and cornerback Antoine Winfield. Quarterback Christian Ponder is not on the injury report this week after being on the injury report the last few weeks with a knee injury.

The Vikings play at home against Detroit Sunday at noon, pregame on WJON at 11am. Detroit is a 1-point favorite. The Vikings are 5-4 while the Lions are 4-4.
