I've added another element to my workout by keeping dumbbells in the studio, but I have no idea what I should do. I would love listener suggestions!

2-3 times a week I'm working out at Rejuv with a team and trainers, but I want to put some bulk into my workout when I'm not at the gym, so I brought in these dumbbell weights. Unfortunately I'm a little lost in what the best exercises with them that should be done.
