How To Get a Song Played on the Radio

You're at home, in the car or at work and you want to hear a song. What do you do? 

What you should do is call the radio station (hopefully it's ours!) and nicely ask the person who answers the phone if they could please play your song. If they can, they most likely will, especially if it's during a request show like the All Request Electric Lunch or the All Request One for the Road. We love to talk to and interact with our listeners. Many of you are not just listeners, but have become friends as well.

What you shouldn't do is call us, ask if we can play your song, request a song we absolutely cannot play and then proceed to curse at us and hang up the phone. It lessens the chance that we're going to answer the phone for other people and then you ruin everyone's fun.
