The Vikings are undefeated so far this year, and we've done it without Bridgewater and Peterson. It makes you question if we really need them or not.

After coming off a bye week, the Vikings are set to play the Philadelphia Eagles in an away game on Sunday at 12 Noon.

A bye week is a blessing for our injury-stricken Vikings, and gives them a chance to heal and practice for the next game. Sam Bradford is likely to come back even stronger as he's had time to learn much more about the plays and teammates. Our running backs have also had time to situate themselves as starters in their role. That begs the question of whether or not we still need Bridgewater and Peterson anymore. What do you think?

My personal opinion is that Bradford is much better than Bridgewater and when he returns, he should be a backup as long as Bradford is here. Peterson could be a valuable trade for a big running back who's younger and will be a long term starter for the Vikings.
