Joe Walsh Hoping For James Gang Reunion

Joe Walsh says he's been dreaming about it for five years and it may come to fruition soon. 

Joe Walsh says in Rolling Stone Magazine he has been thinking about getting the old band back together since they played a reunion show in 2006.

He said they got back together five years ago to see, "if they still had it" and he says they "pretty much did" and that put the bug back in his ear, but he says that he's been very busy with The Eagles that he just hasn't had time to put anything together.

The Eagles have some pretty big plans for the last half of next year which Joe says gives him six months to record and tour with the James Gang. While nothing with James Gang is official just yet, Joe has a new solo record finished which he hopes will be in stores in late winter/early spring 2012.
