Apparently at one time or another, John Lennon was none too pleased with producer Phil Spector and John let him know about it with an angry letter. That letter now has a new home.

According to NME Magazine, John Lennon wrote an angry letter to producer Phil Spector over a situation in a recording studio.

According to the letter, someone peed on a recording console and John got blamed for it and was almost kicked out of the studio over the incident. John writes back that it wasn't him, but rather he points the finger at Keith Moon and Harry Nilsson who were working on a project that John was overseeing at the same time he was recording his album Rock n Roll.

When the letter was finished, it was handed over to a session guitar player who kept it and whose estate just sold the letter for 88 thousand dollars.
