Johnny Winter Has Died

Breaking news: Blues legend Johnny Winter has died. 

Officials say that blues legend Johnny Winter has died. The sad news was confirmed on Johnny's official Facebook page.

Johnny was found dead in a hotel room Wednesday in Zurich, Switzerland.

A native of Texas, Johnny rose to fame and popularity in the 60's and 70's performing and doing producing work for his idol Muddy Waters.

He was the brother of Edgar Winter.

Johnny was 70.
