KISS has put their name on absolutely everything collectable and not that collectable (Hello, KISS coffins!) and now they’re putting their name on a restaurant chain.

The KISS Rock & Brews are coming soon to a town near you. The restaurant is a themed restaurant, but it’s not KISS themed, praise the Lord. It’s a rock and roll theme, which I think is kind of cool. The restaurants will feature memorabilia and rock and roll décor a la the Hard Rock Café. The menu is also influenced by rock and roll songs like the Woodstock Wedge Salad, Yellow Submarine Sandwich, Help Me Rhonda Pizza, and Purple Rain Chocolate Drops.

The first Rock & Brews quietly opened last month in El Seguno and Redondo Beach in Southern California and, taking a cue from Sammy Hagar and his Cabo Wabo Cantina, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley also opened restaurant in Los Cabos, Mexico. Now there are plans for three more locations. One inside the L.A. Airport, one in Hawaii and another in Overland Park, Kansas.

Gene and Paul said they are aiming for 100 locations up and running in the next five years.
