From outdoor enthusiasts to business owners -- this winter's lack of snow has been bad news for many Minnesotans. In fact, it's actually been the third mild winter in a row. Here in St. Cloud, we're 14" below average since December 1st, and 28" below where we were this time last year.

The course for the John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon run on the North Shore in late January had to be changed just before the event.

Some lawmakers are suggesting some kind of economic 'disaster' declaration for areas of the state -- to assist struggling businesses.

I gotta be honest, I do feel cheated this winter. I love the snow -- but at this point we're only a week away from March, so I have set my sights on spring. Can't wait for that first 60-degree day.
