Level III Sex Offender Returning to St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Police are informing the public a Level III Sex Offender is moving back to St. Cloud.

The St. Cloud Police say that 30-year-old James Forbes II is moving back to the 100 Block of East St. Germain Street on Monday, August 21.

He has a history of engaging in sexual conduct with a two-year-old girl and a seven-year-old boy.

Police will hold a community notification meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28 at the Police Department. Representatives from both the St. Cloud Police and Department of Corrections will be on-hand to provide information.

Forbes is not wanted by police and has served the sentence imposed on him by the court.
