Malcolm Young Spotted on Stroll in Sydney
Ailing AC/DC legend Malcolm Young was seen taking a walk with a friend through the King's Cross area of Sydney on Monday, bundled up against the cool weather.
AC/DC, meanwhile, have begun to tour in support of Rock or Bust, which included songwriting credits, but no performances, from Malcolm. The album, their first since 2008's Black Ice, debuted at No. 3, and has spun off three singles. Nephew Stevie Young took over for Malcolm on both Rock or Bust and the tour. AC/DC launched with dates in Europe; they'll arrive in North America in August.
AC/DC also had to find a new drummer before hitting the road, after Phil Rudd ran into legal troubles. He's since been replaced by former member Chris Slade.
