Malls and Department Stores are Struggling

Economists claim 25% of the nation's shopping malls could shut down in the next 5 years. We've heard about the struggles of malls and department stores.  Macy's, Sears, Kmart and many others are having a tough time competing with online shopping.  Do you shop online?  Why?  Are malls and big department stores outdated?
