HILLMAN -- An Onamia man is expected to be charged in two recent home burglaries near Hillman.

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Stuart Wade was involved in burglaries on June 20th and June 26th. On June 26th, the Sheriff's Office received a call from someone watching a home for a neighbor.

The caller indicated there was a suspicious vehicle with three men at the property. They confronted the men, who fled in a vehicle which the caller was able identify to dispatch. A deputy arrived at the scene and confirmed the three men had forced their way into the garage.

Mille Lacs Sheriff's Deputies later found the vehicle and arrested the suspects. Authorities searched the car and found stolen property from the June 20th break-in.

Morrison County Investigators met with Wade Thursday who admitted to being involved in both burglaries.

Wade is currently being held in the Mille Lacs County Jail on unrelated charges.
