Man Kills Brother After They Argue About…A Cheeseburger?
Would you like bullet wounds with that?
Guess you can say this guy had a real beef with his brother.
A 25-year-old man from St. Cloud, Fla., shot and killed his brother, 28, after they got into an argument over a cheeseburger last week.
Nicholas Middendorf had gone out drinking with his mother (with whom he lived) and a friend, but after returning home, he got into a dispute with his brother, who said he does not drink. One of the sticking points of their fight had to do with a cheeseburger.
Unlike most spats between siblings, this one escalated to the point Benjamin grabbed a gun and fatally shot Nicholas in the chest.
Benjamin was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
We know you're wondering -- what about a cheeseburger could they possibly have been fighting about that could've possibly led to such tragic consequences. A police spokeswoman would not elaborate.
