Mark’s Rant About The Slow Moving Train [VIDEO]

I think there should be a curfew set for trains as to when they need to stop running, don't you?

There's a curfew for kids, have one for trains too.

I couldn't handle living next to train tracks, your whole house shakes, they keep the baby awake, dogs bark at them etc... you get the picture.

How do emergency vehicles handle this situation if called upon and having to wait for the slowwwwwwwww moving train?
