When you think of motorcycle cops, you automatically think; ATTITUDE. Truly, anyone that rides a motorcycle HAS to have a little attitude, just by proxy of actually HAVING a motorcycle. But meet L.A. Sheriff's Deputy Elton Simmons. He holds a unique record in the department; he has a record number of complaints... a record that NO ONE in the branch of LA law enforcement has been able to even come close to.
