Minneapolis Passes $15 an Hour Minimum Wage

Thoughts?  Will this work?  Some say it will just force businesses to cut hours and number of employees. It would seem in metro areas, that a livable wage is needed to keep up with the cost of living. Would you quit patronizing businesses if they raised their prices to cover the additional expense?  Is this fair to skilled laborers that make that much now?  A lot of questions.  Let us know what your opinion is.
