Minnesota only comes in the middle for fun Outdoor drinking??

Minnesota came in in the middle of the pack when it comes to ranking states that have fun areas for outdoor drinking.  Now, I get that the warm and beautiful states would come in first, or at least top five.  Like California, Hawaii, Arizona, places like that.  But the middle of the pack??

UGH!  So I had to look to see what the deal was.  Well, seems like it comes down to those pesky mosquitos.  Figures.  Can't we just kill the demons?  Well, we can, but it'll cost ya.  Aren't there some cities that spray the whole city for those things?  I mean, there are times when you'd like to be outside enjoying the weather, since we have so little (relatively speaking) time to do that, and then the mosquitos show up and the party is over.

Maybe we should put something together where we get a river walk here in St Cloud.  I have no idea why we don't have one of those, and spray the city for mosquitos.  They are horrible.  I think we can finally all agree on that!
