The Minnesota Wild (37-23-7) had no problem bouncing back from Sunday's loss to Colorado, crushing the visiting New Jersey Devils (28-29-10) 6-2 last night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

It was a good night for the newcomers, as the Wild got a goal from Sean Bergenheim, a two-point game from Chris Stewart and 30 saves from Devan Dubnyk in the win against the Devils.

The Wild are three points ahead of the Winnipeg Jets for the first wild card spot in the Western Conference. Winnipeg lost 5-4 to St. Louis.

Minnesota has won six of it's last seven games, and 9 or their last 11.

Next up for the Wild; tomorrow night against the Anaheim Ducks at 7 PM at the Xcel Energy Center (Radio: 1240 WJON, TV: Fox Sports North).

Go Wild!
